Getting Your Organic Garden Ready for Spring

Since February is the precursor to Spring in many places, it's a good time to start planning and prepping your garden. Watch this video for helpful tips  from Grow Organic Peaceful Valley.
Next Meeting  February 14 Wednesday 7pm  Topic:  Planting Native Seeds Speaker: Sabrina Thompson Join us for a ‘hands on’ potting workshop to plant native North Carolina seeds. All supplies will be provided. Share in the fun, then take your potted seeds home. Sabrina was Bass Lake Park Naturalist & Manager from 2004-2012 (when she retired). In 2005, she saw the potential for a garden club in the growing Holly Springs area, put out a call for people interested in gardening, and received an overwhelming response. We’re pleased to have her return for an encore of her potting workshop that was so successful a few years ago.
